Bhubaneswar, Dec 7: Once again, an Odia girl proved that an odia is capable to achieve anything come what may. An Odia girl, Shriyanka Sarangi won a silver medal in the 10 meter Air Rifle Shoot at the 9th Asian Airgun Championship, Tehran.
On achieving this success she earned respect for her country as well as her state. This has been another major moment of pride for Odisha and the nation. Shriyanka has been qualified for the finals. Contestants from China has pocketed the first, second and third prizes.
Besides Shriyanka, Sima Sirur, Anjum Moudgil are also representing India in this ongoing championship.
