Bhubaneswar: June 06: In a special programme held at state capital here, Minister of Tourism and Culture Ashok Chandra Panda exhorted and extended his best wishes to Yogabyasa Bhoi and his team for their mission to climb Indrasana mountain which begins on July 15.
Yogabyasa with his team member Romancha Bhoi, Satyapira Pradhan, Salim Darua, Sourav Bhoi, Bhabani Shankar Rana and Animesh Sahoo are going to climb 6221 ft Indrasan mountain peak of Himalaya. Yogabyasa also trained around hundred of mountaineers of Deogarh and Kalahandi district.
Earlier Prime Minister and President of India praised Yogabyasa for his outstanding work achieved by climbing mountains of 5 different mainland of the world.
Orissa Mining Corporation has given a support of Rs. 10 lakh to Yogabyasa and team.
Director of Odisha Tourism department Nitin Bhanudas Jawale, additional general manager of state mining corporation P.C. Mahapatra, State Tourism Development Corporation’s Officer S.S. Samantray also addressed the meeting and conveyed their good wishes to Yogabyasa and his team.
