Bhubaneswar, Oct 31: Windows 7 and 8 devices will be automatically updated to Windows 10 soon.
Windows and Devices Group executive vice president Terry Myerson confirmed it in a blog post on Oct 29.
First Microsoft will change the update to “optional” in beginning of 2016 and later will change to “Recommended”.
The upgrade will be automatic and the Windows 10 will be downloaded without any user’s permission.
