Bhubaneswar, May 10: The Mayurbhanj BJD MP Ramchandra Hansdah has landed in trouble as Anjan Baliarsingh, the chief of Naba Diganta, the chit fund firm on Tuesday was declared guilty for cheating investors. Baliarsingh admitted his faults before the Special CBI court here in written. The court has accepted it and his statement will be recorded later. As, in 2014, former legislators Hitesh Bagarti and Subarna Nayak including Hansdah were arrested in 2014 by the CBI, the public prosecutor while interrogating Baliarsingh may extract information on the three. They have been arrested on charges of criminal conspiracy, cheating and diversion of funds. In 2015, the investigation agency had raided the parliamentarian’s house and had seized Rs 28 lakh and Hansdah happened to be the founding director of money-circulation deposit company.
