Bhubaneswar, Dec 29: To promote art and culture, it is essential to encourage the artistes and patronize the art, said Tapan Kumar Chand, CMD, NALCO, while addressing the 15th Nimapara Mohotsav, which concluded on Sunday.
Reiterating Nalco’s commitment for promotion of art and culture in the State of Odisha, Shri Chand also announced to felicitate the best folk artistes with cash awards at the company’s upcoming Foundation Day celebration.
Tapan Kumar Chand was felicitated on the occasion by Tathagata Satpathy, MP, Samir Ranjan Das, MLA, Nimpara and Ramesh Chandra Parida, Chairman, NM Group of Institutions.
