Kendrapada, Dec 9: Earlier today a newborn baby died after allegedly falling from the doctor’s hands at the Kendrapada DH hospital.
Jharana Mallick of Choti village in Indupur area, who was admitted to the hospital later last night for severe labor pain, gave birth to a baby boy this morning. While the doctor was holding the baby from his legs to make him cry, the newborn fell down, said sources.
However the Hospital authorities reject the allegations, saying that she gave birth to a dead child.
