Bhubaneswar: April 30: 1370 constables were inducted into the Odisha Industrial Security Force (OISF), which has been set up recently for protection and security of Industries of Odisha.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today distributed the appointment letters to the new recruits. Addressing the Raising Day function of OISF, Chief Minister told that a need was felt in the state for providing basic security to the industries sector so that it can grow in a healthy environment. Also Patnaik congratulated all the recruits for their entry into the Force.

These constables will go for nine months of training in the line of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and they will be responsible for protecting industrial undertakings and other establishments of the state Government.
