Nayagarh, Aug 12: It seems that the 12-hour bandh which was held today by the Odagaon Bikash Parishad in order to fulfill their demand of procuring the NAC status for Odagaon has received a good response from the public here especially from the Odagaon Bar Association, auto associations and trade associations who have supported the bandh.
As per the bandh, normal life was stopped and vehicular movement also came to a halt. On the other hand, shops and other offices remained closed for the bandh. Deployment of police officials have also been arranged to maintain the law and order in the town.
