Bhubaneswar: May 21: Chief Minister of Odisha Naveen Patnaik today met the Addl.Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries of different departments of Government of Odisha. This was completely different from the usual meetings held at the Secretariat. Naveen asked the Administrators to make administration more responsible, accountable and people- centric. Also, he advised the officials present there to give priority for sorting out the problems of people as well as to make the administrative mechanism more vibrant to provide best services to the people of the state.
Patnaik asked the Secretaries to come up with proposals how to make the system more vibrant and perfect as they have experienced from their visits to different districts to review the developmental work.
In the meeting, Officials also presented new ideas & proposals to make the administration more vibrant and people centric. Chief Minister highly praised the secretaries for their proposals and asked them to prepare the proposals in detail and hand over to the Chief Secretary.
