Odisha: Few coaches of Visakha Express get detached

Bhubaneswar: November 2: Few coaches of Bhubaneswar-Secunderabad Visakha Express got detached from its engine minutes after the train left the Balugaon railway station in Khurda district of Odisha.

Engine of the train rolled with AC Coaches leaving behind few coaches of the train. No passenger is hurt in the incident, but the train got delayed.

The train was on its way from Bhubaneswar when the bogies decoupled from the engine.

Sources said, the incident happened due to a defect in locking arrangement between the two coaches.

After the coaches were re-coupled, train began its journey.
