Bhubaneswar: May 24: Odisha Government has now allowed the movement of two wheelers, auto-rickshaws, private vehicles and taxis (Ola & Uber). But, as per the announcement, four-wheelers and auto-rickshaws are allowed with upto 2 passengers apart from driver.
Also, Odisha Government has allowed the movement of intra-city buses, other passenger vehicles and city buses. But, they are allowed only to operate upto sitting capacity of the vehicle.
SRC P K Jena further said, movement of public transport, private vehicles and taxis (including cabs by aggregators like Ola, Uber, etc.) to and from airports, railway station and bus terminals/ stands/ stops are allowed round the clock to facilitate movement of passengers by air, rail and road.
Using Face Mask is mandatory to the passengers travelling across the State by any mode of transport and persons with visible symptoms will not be permitted board.
Also, Intra-State trains are allowed to operate following the SOP of MHA and
Indian Railways.
