Odisha Govt presents offer letters to 490 Odisha youth

Bhubaneswar, May 31: Yesterday, the Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik at the Raising Day function of the 9th Special India Reserve Battalion said that jobs have been created by the government for Odisha youths have been in police forces, fire services and prisons. For the Odisha government, priority is creating more of employed youth in both government and private sector. At the function, he gave offer letters to 490 security personnel for the 9th Specialized IR Battalion, applications for which were received online. This Battalion will be in Kalahandi. This is the ninth battalion and third among the Special IR Battalions raised in Odisha. It will be providing security for construction of roads and bridges in Maoist affected areas.
