Odisha Reports 171 New Covid Cases
Odisha reported 171 fresh Covid-19 Cases during last 24 hours, pushing state’s total to 1047174. At the same time, 271 patients have recovered from the disease and with this, total recoveries increased to 1036501.
Of 171 new cases, 34 patients are under 0-18 years’ of age. Also, as reported, 98 people of new cases were in quarantine and rest are local contact cases.
Current active cases number stands at 2226.
As per Health Department of Odisha, only one person has died due to Corona in last 24 hours. Total death toll in the State increased to 8394.
During last 24 hours, 58,104 tests have been conducted and daily positivity rate remains at 0.29 percent.
18 Districts of Odisha reported cases in single digits and 9 districts do not have new cases during last 24 hours. Khurda District registered 76 new cases, Sambalpur 13 cases and Cuttack 10 cases. Also, 18 cases have been found from State Pool.
