Odisha Reports 3450 New Covid-19 Cases And 19 Deaths
Odisha reported 3450 new Covid-19 cases today, taking State’s total (since the beginning of the pandemic) to 12,55,776 cases, Odisha H & FW Department informed.
Of 3450 new cases, 436 patients are in the age group of 0-18. Also, as stated by Health Department, 2012 of 3450 new cases, were in quarantine and rest 1438 are local contact cases.

Khurda District reported 714 cases today, followed by Sundergarh 287 cases and Cuttack 202 cases. Almost 20 districts reported less than 100 cases each in last 24 hours.
7,767 patients recovered from the disease yesterday and total recoveries reached 12,09,313.
Current Active Caseload remains at 37,762.
19 more deaths have been added to the total. But, the list does not reflect deaths occurring on a particular day. It gives details of past deaths for which the death audit process has been duly completed and the cause of death has been identified as due to Covid-19, said H & FW Department.
59,040 tests have been conducted in last 24 hours. Daily Positivity Rate remains at 5.84 percent.
