Odisha reported 529 new Covid-19 cases during last 24 hours and with this, total tally of cases went up to 10,32,673. Of this, 10,19,218 cases have already recovered from the infection so far including 469 new recoveries reported yesterday.
Of 529 new cases, 62 are under 18 years’ of age. Also, 308 people were in quarantine and rest 221 are local contact cases.
6 more deaths added to the total and the total death toll increased to 8,261.
Current active caseload remains at 5141.
Among District, Khurda recorded highest cases(274) during last 24 hours, which is nearly 52 per cent of the daily cases.
56,093 tests have been conducted in last 24 hours and daily positivity rate stands at 0.94 per cent.
