Odisha Reports Over 11K Covid Cases In A Single Day
Odisha reported 11,177 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday and with this, total tally of Covid cases in State (since the beginning of the pandemic) increased to 11,33,912. Likewise, 3220 cases have recovered from the disease in 24 hours and total recoveries reached 10,55,615.
Of 11,277 new cases, 1016 cases are in the age group of 0-18. Also, 6479 are quarantine cases and 4698 are local contact cases.

Khurda District continues to report highest cases(3424), which is 30 percent of cases reported today.
Sundergarh reported 2136 new cases, followed by Cuttack 829 cases, Sambalpur 379 cases, Balasore 342 cases, Balangir 312 cases, Mayurbhanj 276 cases, Sonepur 238 cases and also 737 cases detected from State Pool.
Active Caseload goes up and reaches 69,763.
3 deaths recorded in 24 hours and with this, total death toll increased to 8481.
77,120 tests have been conducted in 24 hours and Daily Positivity Rate remains at 14.49 percent.
