Bhubaneswar: May 07: Odisha’s COVID Positive daily cases cross 12 K Mark. In last 24 hours, it has registered 12,238 cases. out of that, 6,914 people were in quarantine and rest 5,324 cases are local contact cases.
Sundergarh district recorded 2073 new cases in a day, followed by Khurda 1,828 cases, Cuttack 916 cases, Kalahandi 580 cases, Sambalpur 544 cases, Angul 480 cases, Bargarh 475 cases and Balasore 437 cases.
Almost 26 districts registered more than 100 cases in last 24 hours.
Odisha’s total cases increased to 5,12,400 and 4,23,257 persons recovered so far. 86,950 cases are active.
