Bhubaneswar, April 13: Chess player Anwesha Mishra again showcased her talent in Asian Youth Championship held at Mongolia. Anwesha on Wednesday beat Vantika Agarwal, top seed of the tournament to bag the gold medal in U-14 girl category.
She comes out as clear champion with one and half point winning lead before the final round of the tournament which is scheduled to be held tomorrow.
Earlier, Anwesha has won the silver medal in 29th National U-13 girls Chess Championship. She is the elder daughter of Prakash Kumar Mishra and Reena Mishra of Cuttack.
