After an accident involving an OSRTC bus operated by the Odisha government occurred close to Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh, at least 16 people suffered injuries.

According to reports, the bus was traveling from the Malkangiri district to Bhubaneswar when it collided with a truck late yesterday evening.

The Srikakulam Government Hospital originally received the injured passengers. The passengers who were in critical condition were later transported to Visakhapatnam for additional medical care.

According to accounts, the bus had about 40 passengers on board when it was involved in an accident. The bus struck a freight truck from behind, injuring many of the passengers. Fortunately, there haven’t been any recorded casualties despite the impact’s ferocity. Both the bus driver and the helper survived with very minor wounds.

After receiving the proper care, the passengers with minor injuries were eventually released from the hospital.
