Plus II Science result announced: Nayagarh district topped the list:

Bhubaneswar: May 13: Annual Plus II Science Examination result conducted by Council of Higher Education (CHSE) this year was announced today noon by Higher Education Minister Pradeep Panigrahi.  Out of 84,154 students who appeared the exam, 67.999 students have passed test, which is 80.80 percent of the total students appeared.

According to sources, 20,191 students passed the examination with first division, 22,414 passed with second division and 24,550 with third division. According to CHSE sources, Nayagarh district topped the list with 94.23 percent pass out whereas Jharsuguda was the lowest with 53.87 percent pass out. Five colleges in the state have produced nil results.

Results have been uploaded to www.orissaresults.nic.in and students unhappy with their marks can apply for re-addition by applying online on www.chseodisha.nic.in.

The results of the annual plus II Arts and Commerce streams will be announced in the last week of May. 13.
