Puri: April 14 Police detained eight Youth Congress activists for showing black flags to Food Supply and Consumer Welfare minister Sanjay Dasburma on Thursday.
Dasburma and Agriculture minister Pradip Maharathi were on the way to inaugurate a new Aahar centre near the bus stand in Puri when the six Youth Congress activists broke the police cordon and showed black flags to Dasburma and asked him how he had come here to inaugurate the Aahar centre despite being involved in the chit fund scam.
