Rourkela, Dec 17: A two-day workshop Roshni for retiring employees of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) was held here recently.
A total 123 employees retiring in December and January attended the programme. The programme was inaugurated by General Manager Incharge (Sevices & Utilities) Balbir Singh while GM(P&A) Rahman Khan was the Guest of Honour .
Discussions on ‘Procedure for Smooth Final Settlement’ were steered by executives from Finance, Town Services and Personnel. The workshop was co-ordinated by Senior Manager (Personnel-Canteen,W&ES) S Badapanda.
It is worth mentioning here that the programme was initiated in the month of August this year and is being held every alternate month.
