Berhampur, Feb 21: In a ruthless clash between 2 groups, 2 persons from Brahman Sahi Gram Panchayat were killed early today before the elections, one of whom was a Sarpanch candidate for the area.
Identified as Bulu Pradhan, the Sarpanch candidate for Brahman Sahi area died suring a group clash in the village. Along with 10 others were injured and were admitted to the MKCG hospital in Berhampur.
Another villager identified as Pitambar Swain of mardakote was also killed late last night during a group clash in the area under Kodala police limits.
