Bhubaneswar, Mar 15: In connection with irregularities committed by the Group’s companies in violation of the company law, the Special Vigilance Court ordered the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) to interrogate Ponzi firm Seashore Group’s chief and its other directors. Hence, Seashore Group chief Prasanta Das, his brother and co-director Pravat Das and middleman Subhankar Nayak, who are presently under judicial custody at the Jharpara Special Jail here, will be interrogated by a special team of SFIO. The SFIO has also been asked to complete the interrogation and submit the report within one month. All this was informed to the media by the SFIO’s counsel Gyanaloka Mohanty. earlier, ponzi firm Artha Tatwa (AT) Group chief Pradeep Sethi and three other directors of the Group at the Jharpara Special Jail had been grilled by the SFIO.
