In view of the upcoming Bihar assembly elections, Congress today demanded seeking ban on PM Narendra Modi’s radio talk show “Mann ki Baat”.
Congress and its allies RJD and JDU demanded for a temporary ban on the radio show till the Bihar elections are over.
The demand was sought fearing that Modi’s show can influence voters in Bihar during the polls. The three parties are likely to meet the Election Commission in this regard.
However, sources said that the EC may turn down the plea to ban the programme.
