Bhubaneswar, July 15: Emphasizing to create a brand, ‘Skilled in Odisha, Subrato Bagchi, noted IT innovator and Chairman of Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA) sought help of all departments to successfully execute his road map to train eight lakh youths in three years, by showing a presentation before all secretaries on Thursday.
An officer said that he spoke of youths, who would be trained in different industrial training institutes and advanced skill development centre, product and quality management, placement, entrepreneurship, and work competitiveness.
