Bhubaneswar, Oct 1: As all nomination papers of all the candidates for the post of president and secretary of the students’ union poll got rejected during verification, tension gripped Maharishi College of Natural Law in Bhubaneswar.
Students of the college burnt tyres and staged dharna as a token of protest.
Notably, on October 5, the students’ union poll in colleges across Odisha will be conducted where the counting and declaration of results will be done on the same day.
