Bhubaneswar: August 01: Today is the second Monday of Kavad Yatra. This happens to be in the month of Saawan (July-August). The Bol Bom devotees or Kawariyas carry water from different rivers of Odisha and travel barefooted to distance destinations having Shiva Temple to offer holy waters of River to lord Shiva.
Like last Monday, today also thousands of pilgrims carrying water from the rivers in Odisha offer holy water in various Shiva Temples of Odisha. All the Temples were seen crowded by Kawariyas.
