Bhubaneswar: August 01: Three girls from Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) have been selected in Indian Under 20 Girls Rugby team for Asia Rugby (AR) Under 20 Sevens to be held in King’s Park, Hong Kong from August 4 – 5, 2017. KISS girls, Basanti Pangi, Manjulata Pradhan and Rajani Sabar – all pursuing the graduation course – have found place in the 2017 Indian Under 20 Girls Rugby team, which was announced by India in association with Societe Generale. They had recently participated in the Paris World Games Rugby 7s, 2017. Indian team will depart for Hong Kong on Wednesday to participate in the AR U20 Sevens Series. Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS congratulated them and wished them success in the tournament.
