Malkangiri: September 29: Three more girl children, who were undergoing treatment at the Malkangiri district headquarter hospital died today. So, the total number of deaths due to Japanese Encephalitis (JE) reached 19 today.
The trio had been admitted in the hospital after they complained of fever, vomiting and fatigue. Hospital administration has sent the blood samples of children who are under treatment at Hospital to the Regional Medical Research Centre (RMRC). An expert team from Berhampur is providing treatment to the affected children.
