Bhubaneswar, Dec 31: Three students of Sunshine Mission School, Bhadrak, who had gone for a picnic at Taratarini shrine in Ganjam district drowned in River Rushikulya today while bathing.
Fellow students had rescued the three and carried them to the Community Health Centre (CHC) at Purushottampur where they were declared dead by the attending doctor.
The three have been identified as Pankaj Sahu, Sandip Maharana and Saswat Behera.
