Truck hits school auto rickshaw; 11 injured

Bhubaneswar, Aug 12: Eleven students of the Adarsh Vidyalaya, in Bauri Gandapalli area under Rambha police Station were injured in an accident that happened on Friday, when a truck hit the auto rickshaw in which they were travelling.

The eleven injured students were shifted from Rambha hospital to the MKCG hospital in Berhampur, after their health condition deteriorated.

As per the information, while the auto rickshaw was on its way to the school, a speeding truck hit the auto rickshaw’s back side near a petrol pump close to the school. Out of the eleven students, seven students have got serious injuries.
