Bhubaneswar, Oct 12: In a significant development, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has launched a new housing scheme ‘Mission Abaas’ for the urban poor.
Under the urban housing scheme, people belonging to low income group and below poverty line (BPL) will get houses in urban areas at affordable price.
The State Cabinet has approved the launching of the scheme for the economically backward persons with annual income of below Rs 1.80 lakh per annum.
