Jajpur, Sept 17: Mansingh Hembram, Councillor of ward no-3 in Vyasanagar Municipality of Jajpur district, who went missing a few days, returned back home yesterday evening.
Reportedly, his wife had alleged that he had been kidnapped and had filed a complaint at the Jajpur Road police station after apprehending threat to her husband’s life. According to her complaint, Hembram was kidnapped on September 13 by two persons who took him on a moped.
However, Hembram denied this and said that he was not abducted but had gone to Puri for a visit.
