Bhubaneswar: November 30: 22 district congress presidents of Odisha will meet Vice President Rahul Gandhi on November 2 in New Delhi. It is speculated that, a support base test of OPCC chief Prasad Harichandan to be undertaken by the Congress central leadership. Sources said, Party’s central leadership has decided to hold this sort of test after Congress legislators of Odisha met Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi and complained against the PCC chief Sri Harichandan. In the first phase, 22 party district presidents of 33 organisational districts will meet Rahul Gandhi and rest will be called later. However, many of the district presidents called by Central leadership said, this might be the meeting for upcoming Panchayat Poll as well as strengthening the party across the state.
