Mumbai, Jan 29: A 30-feet long whale washed ashore Juhu beach in Mumbai on Thursday night.
Locals who spotted the whale called the police and the forest department. The officials have reached the spot and are investigating the reasons for the death.
Earlier in January, carcasses of 45 short-finned pilot whales were found washed ashore near Tiruchendur beach in Tamil Nadu’s Tuticorin district.
