Bhubaneswar, Oct 22: Today one more patient named Kartikeswar Das succumbed to death due to the Sum Hospital incident taking the death toll 26. Das resided in GGP colony in Rasulgarh here. After the incident he was shifted to Apollo Hospital. In the meantime, the Capital Hospital will submit the post mortem report of 19 dead patients of Sum Hospital today.
The Director of the Capital Hospital, Dr, Biswa Bhusan Patnaik informed this to the media. Two doctors of the Capital Hospital had conducted the post mortem.
It’s stated that causes as revealed by the post mortem reports cannot be revealed to the media before the police conducts necessary investigation.
