Bhubaneswar, Dec 16: Today transportation on the busy streets of Power house chhak here were shut for some time as BJP activists conducted a road blockade thus demanding the arrest of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) mayor Ananta Narayan Jena in connection with the sex tape which had gone viral on social networking sites. The members of the outraged party also gheraod the police commissioner’s office here. While gheraoing, a clash took place between the BJP activists and the cops. Later, a team of delegates from BJP met police commissioner YB Khurania and submitted a memorandum and the sex tape.
The irate members also put forth the demand to get hold of the person in the video clip and also conduct an enquiry into the death of student Rishi. After getting an assurance from the police, the irate BJP workers withdrew their strike.
