Taliban In Kabul Stop Sikhs To Leave Country

Kabul, August 26: Under Government of India’s Operation Devi Shakti, 35 Indians and Nepalis stranded at Kabul were rescued today. A team of Indian Airforce airlifted the 35 and have landed at the Ghaziabad Hindon Air Base, today.

In another shocking news, nearly 80 Sikhs, who wanted to fly to India were stopped by the Talibans and were not allowed to leave Afghanistan. The Talibans didn’t even allow the Sikh holy scriptures, the Guru Granth Sahib to be brought to India. The Air force plane which waited for the Afghan sikh for a long time was unable to bring them to India, sources.

In the meanwhile, the government is keeping a close eye on the Afghan situation. An all party meeting has also been scheduled to discuss the outcomes, added sources.
