Rourkela, Jan 24: Yesterday, the cops said that two minor boys allegedly raped a 4-year-old baby at Sector 6 area here. The two culprits are being interrogated by the Sector 6 police. They had committed the crime a week ago at a market complex here. They were able to take the baby to the crime spot by offering her chocolate. One of the accused works at the market complex and he had kept the key of a shop in the complex.The accused duo tried to suppress the matter soon after the crime. The family members of the victim have filed a complaint following which investigations have started. The two minor youths had been produced before the Juvenile Justice Board yesterday.
