Bhubaneswar: July 04: Five more people succumbed to COVID-19 in Odisha. Out of 5, two deaths were reported from Khurda District and three from Ganjam District.
One COVID Positive Male patient, aged 51 years from Bhubaneswar, died while under treatment in hospital. He was also suffering from Pleural Tuberculosis.
Another COVID Positive Male patient, aged 64 years from Bhubaneswar, died while under treatment in hospital. He was suffering from Diabetes.
Three COVID positive Male patients from Ganjam District, having age of 50, 27 and 35, have also succumbed to the disease while under treatment in hospital.
The 50 years’ Male was also suffering from Diabetes and Hypertension.
Total death toll in the State rose to 34 and total number of deaths due to other than COVID reached 9.
Besides 5 deaths due to COVID, a 60 year old COVID Positive Male from Cuttack District, passed away due to Terminal Gall Bladder Cancer with obstructive jaundice. This is a non-COVID death.
Regret to inform that 5 Covid positive patients passed away while under treatment in hospital.
1. Male aged 51 years of Bhubaneswar, also suffering from Pleural Tuberculosis.
2. Male aged 64 years of Bhubaneswar, also suffering from Diabetes.
