Covid-19 cases in Odisha seems growing. During last 24 hours, 652 new cases have been registered. Also, the daily positivity rate stands at 0.97 percent.
Out of 652 new cases, 92 are under 18-years’ age.
Of detected new cases, 380 were in quarantine and 272 are local contact cases.
7 deaths have been recorded in last 24 hours and total death toll increased to 8249.
Till date, the total tally of Covid-19 cases in Odisha rose to 10,31,696 (since the beginning of pandemic). Out of that, 10,18,311 patients have recovered so far including 597 recoveries recorded yesterday.
Active cases stand at 5083.
