Bhubaneswar: February 27: Odisha registered 86 new Corona Positive Cases on February 26. Of this, 51 people were in quarantine and rest 35 cases are local contact cases.
As per the information of I & PR Department, Sundergarh reported 10 new cases on 26th Feb, followed by Khurda & Sambalpur 9 cases each, Balasore 7 cases, Balangir 6 cases, Cuttack & Mayurbhanj 5 cases each, Bargarh, Jajpur, Jharsuguda & Puri 4 cases each, Angul, Kendrapara Nawarangpur 3 cases each, Deogarh & Koraput 2 cases each, Gajapati, Kalahandi, Nayagarh, Nuapada & Sonepur one case each and also one case detected from State Pool.
In total 86 new cases have been detected from 21 districts besides one case from State Pool. Rest 9 districts do not have single case even on Yesterday.
Yesterday, 63 patients have recovered from the disease. Total Positive cases in Odisha increased to 3,37,104 and out of that, 3,34,463 people have recovered. 673 Active cases are there in State.
