Look at this chart, here  Saturn is in Tarus (Brisha) 9 Degree 52 minute  &  Moon 10 Degree 59 minute in the same sign , this conjuction is called as ‘rapt conjuction, which is said to be very powerful, but to this native punarphoo made no harm except some minor problems before & during the marriage  (loss of goods during the transit & shifting of date for 2 month).

Now see, here the aspect of Auspicious Jupiter to Saturn & Moon by 180 degree(7th aspect) within the orb (172 to 188 degree) and the 7th sublord is Venus and it occupies the star & sub of Jupiter  who is in 2nd house  signifying  the 7th by occupying  Rahu star who is conj with lord of 7th Mars (both 2nd & 7th are relevant houses for marriage). Fortuna  in 11th in the star of 7th star lord Ketu, this involvement of Auspicious Jupiter( as the significator of 2nd & 7th )with Saturn & Moon and the involvement of fortuna with  7th bhava (house of marriage) has nullify the evil effects of punarphoo.
