Bhubaneswar, Oct 16: Odisha government has directed its industries department to identify new industrial clusters near Kalinga Nagar and Paradip areas to boost industrialisation in the State.
Chief Secretary GC Pati is understood to have advised the officials to identify the clusters along along Paradeep Express High Way from Kalinga Nagar to Paradeep and along the railway line to Dhamara.
He asked the departments of Revenue & Disaster Management and Industry to work out a system for making the land owner a stakeholder in the cluster on long term lease, annual rent, and land pulling methods for faster development of the new clusters and expedite the process of identifying the anchor investor for each cluster.
