Bhubaneswar, Oct 28: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has released Sam Pitroda’s autobiography – Dreaming Big, My Journey To Connect India during a function here on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Patnaik hailed Pitroda for his contribution in field of telecom and technology to make India to be part of the competition for development. He expressed his pleasure that Pitroda chose Odisha to launch his autobiography.
Pitroda, India’s leader in technology, who was present at the launching ceremony, felt proud of being born in Odisha.
Pitroda was born in Titlagarh. The Indian technocrat had served as Advisor to the Prime Minister on Technology Missions related to water, literacy, immunization, oil seeds, telecom, and dairy.
