Berhampur, Aug 24: Today at around 2.30 am at Badamahari road near Kabisuryanagar a notorious criminal named Dilip Nayak belonging to Baliasira village here succumbed to injuries in an encounter by the cops.
He had suffered bullet injuries on his left leg. He has been taken to the MKCG Medical College and Hospital for treatment. The cops have seized a mouser and three live bullets from his possession. It’s stated that around eight cases are pending against him in different police stations in the State.
