Cuttack, Aug 29: Today a team comprising of four from the Medical Council of India (MCI) made a visit to the SCB Medical College and Hospital here in order to review the existing infrastructures and to inspect as to whether these constructions are enough to fulfill the needs of the increased intake capacity for MBBS course at the college. It’s stated that the team inspected various departments and will also undergo verification of some documents for two days. This is the fourth visit of the MCI after the number of MBBS seats in the SCB College increased from 150 to 250. Post this, a team consisting of four professors conducted a meeting with the Principal of SCBMCH, Prof Siddharth Dash and other Heads of department.
