New Delhi, Oct 22: In connection to SUM Hospital fire mishap in Bhubaneswar on October 17 night that has led to the death of 25 patients so far, senior BJP leader and Union Petroleum and Natural Gas minister, Dharmendra Pradhan said today that the Odisha chief minister should give his resignation on moral grounds.
He further went on to say that the the ruling BJD members are just bluntly ignoring the issue just to protect their high respect. Pradhan also informed that a review meeting was recently held where the state’s chief secretary discussed on fire safety measures in government office buildings but ignored similar measures for other infrastructures.
