Bhubaneswar, Nov 28: Protesting against the demonetisation, five Left parties in Odisha are to stage dharnas and resort to civil disobedience in front of State Bank of India branches across the State today.
Dibakar Naik, CPI State Secretary, informed the media on Saturday that activists and leaders of CPI, CPIM, CPIML, SUCI and the All India Forward Block will be demonstrating dharnas in front of the RBI office in Bhubaneswar and branches of State Bank of India in all district headquarters during the All India Protest Day today. The activists of Left parties will also court arrest protesting against the disorder in Modi’s financial policy.
Through this protest they will demand the allowance to exchanging old currency notes till December 30 and the availability of enough of currency notes in market.
